TB48 Billet oil pump gears HSE
Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM oil pump gears, these billet 4340 steel gears are engineered for performance and reliability. The outer gear measures approximately 77mm in diameter and 15mm in thickness. The factory sintered gears—made from compressed powdered metal—are known to fail, even with mild engine modifications. They were never intended to withstand high horsepower or high RPM conditions. HSE gears are precision-machined from high-strength 4340 billet steel and feature the N1-spec 'wave' profile for increased oil flow. Each set undergoes isotropic polishing for a smooth, low-friction finish, ensuring consistent performance under extreme conditions.
