The Rajab Racing Developments Nissan Y61 Patrol intake plenum was designed in 2012 and used on a huge range of Nissan Patrol’s around the world, including the United Arab Emirates. The Rajab Racing Developments Nissan TB48 intake plenum was designed to increase air flow to the combustion chamber and to equal out the intake runner system to be able to maintain the even flow between individual cylinders to maintain even power operation across all cylinders, enabling the tuner to be able to optimise the tune for the best results. The testing we conducted on the Mainline dyno, testing the Rajab Racing TB48 intake plenum, was back to back with a common short runner intake plenum and the results were excellent to say the least. The increase in turbo response was amazing and reduction in turbo spool was also outstanding.

The kit includes:
Complete one-piece flywheel made of a special lightweight alloy AlZnMg+Ti with the strength of steel 42CrMo4, eliminating the need for the factory flywheel from the Toyota automatic transmission. Flywhell are complete with assembled starter gear ring.
Adapter made of AW7075-T651 aluminum alloy, surpassing the strength of S355 and C45 steel (1.0503).
Mounting bolts for the flywheel, adapter, and gearbox.
The OEM alternators available for the TB48 engine are typically rated up to 80 amps and deliver only around 60 amps at idle. In contrast, this heavy-duty 220-amp alternator for the NISSAN TB48 delivers up to 200 amps at cruising speeds and an impressive 180 amps at idle. That’s a gain of 130 amps at idle and up to 190 amps while driving.
This high-output alternator series is built using premium DENSO components, ensuring industry-leading idle performance. Despite featuring a larger, more robust housing, it maintains a true OEM fit with no modifications required. Ross Racing Pistons:
All ROSS Racing Pistons (since 1985) have been forged from 2618 billet bar stock and have been heat treated and aged to a T61 condition (2618-T61). 2618-T61 is the material that is used when fatigue resistance and durability are of prime importance by all premium racing piston manufacturers.
This material has less than 1% silicon particulate content. High silicon content pistons (forged from 4032 or MS75) will not stand up to the most extreme stress placed on many racing pistons. If a crack starts to form in a high silicon piston it will continue until the piston experiences a catastrophic failure. Simply stated, adding sand to the aluminum only makes it more brittle. In the rare instance of a 2618-T61 piston cracking, the crack will continue to an area where the stress is not as great and will then stop. Another advantage of 2618-T61 over the high silicon pistons is the ability to keep its shape under extreme pressure and high RPM's. "Skirt Shrinking" is not a problem with ROSS Racing Pistons.
